How Soleenia works

A short, honest explanation of what we're building. This page is intentionally basic — we'll get into technical details later.

1. The encrypted private space

Each user has a personal, end-to-end encrypted space holding their preferences, goals, contacts, and documents. Each Soleen only sees what you've given them. You can see everything, export, and delete.

2. The Soleen marketplace

You don't pay a bundled subscription for everything. You activate the Soleens you need. Disable any time — no friction.

3. Credits

Expensive actions (image generation, outbound calls, SMS, etc.) consume credits ✦. Your subscription includes some each month. You can top up — or never use beyond plan.

4. Multi-channel

Soleens communicate via chat, voice, email, and soon SMS and outbound calls. Always with full traceability, clear identification, and opt-out for recipients.

5. The Realms

Soleenia can also be white-labeled. A company or community launches its own marketplace (a "Realm") with its branding, pricing, Soleen catalog. For Hydro-Québec it would be free for employees; for an affiliate network it would have commissions. Same platform, different experiences.

6. Safety and compliance

Quebec Law 25, PIPEDA, PCI-DSS from MVP. Per-user encryption. No income promises, ever. AI guardrails against prompt injection and abuse. Full audit of everything Soleens do on your behalf — visible to you.
